Still waiting for those teeth

Cooper got both of his bottom teeth at 8 months old. Ever since then we have been able to see his 4 upper teeth trying to come out - but they still have not made it! Cooper is such a champ and they don't seem to bother him too much, but I feel so bad looking at his gums so swollen all the time. Hopefully they will pop through soon!
