"Era"

Ezra, who Cooper now calls "Era" (above on the right) is Coop's favorite friend. He loves when "Era" comes over to play with him and screams his name as soon as we pull into their court when we go to their house. Thanks for being so sweet to Cooper, Ezra.

A little about Ezra - he is the youngest kid in the Alameda family (which I have mentioned many times in our blog). We met them 3 years ago when I coached their eldest daughter in cheer and became real close with the whole fam. They have always been a huge support by helping with Cooper ever since he was born. It is so cool now that Cooper can express his thoughts through words to hear how much he appreciates and loves this family as much as Chad and I do. Coop loves them all - but especially "Era" - so back to Ezra. Ezra plays soccer and baseball and will be starting 6th grade in the fall. He always is willing to play with Cooper and even when we go watch his soccer or baseball games, Ezra makes Cooper feel special by saying hello while in the dugout or on the bench. Coopie loves you "Era"!

The picture above is just SO cute to me! Jazlyn (who will be a freshman in HS this year and is on cheer), Cooper and Ezra all look SO CUTE and happy. Cooper was thrilled to be taking a picture with them and if you look closely you can see that his fingertips are gripping each of their necks so tight - he was pulling them in as close as possible. It was just precious!
